Sys to Ship AMD Athlon (Thunderbird)-based Systems
August 9, 2000 - SYS Technology today announced the immanent shipment of AMD Athlon with Enhanced Cache (Thunderbird)-based systems in its SYS Performance Desktop and SYS PowerHouse Workstation product lines. The systems, which will be available starting August 14th, replace current "Classic Athlon-based" systems in the respective lines. Both product lines will utilize the highly acclaimed ASUS (ASUS) A7V motherboard.
