In referring to the SYS Performance 1100T, which ".earned a 229 on the PC WorldBench 2000 tests...", they commented, "You'll be hard pressed to find a faster machine this side of a Cray Supercomputer.." Nice! That's the good news. The even better news is that the reviewed system configuration is now priced much LOWER than the price shown in the article—$442 lower!
Regarding the SYS Performance 733, the publication reported, "The Sys Performance 733 earned a 169 on our PC WorldBench 2000 tests--the highest score we've seen for a Windows 2000 Pro system with this processor.."
In a "preview" article about the SYS Performance 850T (PC World.com, 10/16/00), they commented, "...True to its name, this streamlined system is all about performance...earned a score of 217 in our PC WorldBench 2000 tests-the second highest score we've ever seen among systems running Windows NT 4.0, behind another Sys with an Athlon-1100 (the SYS Performance 1100T)." Again, like the 1100T, that's the good news. Again, like the 1100T, the even better news is that the reviewed configuration is now priced LOWER than the price in the article—$160 lower!
